The ambitious, fast moving Wynyard Place project, required a flexible, responsive and highly creative solution.
Brookfield’s Wynyard Place development comprises of a 27-level premium grade commercial tower and 7,000 square metres of high end retail positioned in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.
Responding to tight deadlines across this evolving project, we worked closely with Brookfield to create media directly targeted at prospective tenants. This ultimately resulted in the signing of Australia’s largest business bank, National Australia Bank (NAB), as the anchor tenant, as well as insurance giant Allianz
Following the initial leasing effort, we have continued to work with the retail and commercial leasing teams, project architects and construction company to develop CGI media that dynamically responds to the everchanging demands of one of Sydney’s most avante-garde commercial developments.
